Under the supervision of the Event Coordinator. An employee in this position on may be called upon to do any or all of the following essential functions. These examples do not include all of the du es which the employee may be expected to perform. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essen al func on sa sfactorily, with or without reasonable accommoda on. Works early mornings, late evenings, weekends and occasional holidays. Greets customers, takes beverage orders, prepares and serves alcoholic beverages. Operates cash register for beverage and other payments. Applies techniques of alcohol management, observing customers. Able prepare room set-up, stock, clear, and remove service area and bars. Must clean and remove trash from work areas a er event. Washes and stacks glassware. Maintains records on quan es of beverages consumed and assists supervisor with inventory. Requirements; Comple on of high school diploma or equivalent. Successful complete on of Server Training Program-Experience preferred.
